Warranty and Return Information
Danner Manufacturing Website Purchase Policy:
Claims: We are not responsible for damage after delivery from FEDEX, UPS, USPS or other carrier(s). All damage claims must be reported to the carrier immediately to ensure proper handling of said claim. Claims for shortages or wrong item sent must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving package(s).
Returns: Returns are not accepted without prior approval from a Danner Manufacturing manager and/or Danner Manufacturing Customer Service. When approved, you will be emailed a return authorization number that must be visible on the outside of the returned items package.
A restocking fee of 10% to 30% will be charged depending on the item returned. Defects, under warranty, should be addressed and acknowledged directly to Danner Manufacturing Customer Service. Exchanges or returns must be within seven days of sale.
All restocking fees will be deducted from original purchase price, less any discounts if any. Returned goods found to be damaged or used will not be issued a credit.
All clearance and discontinued item sales are final.
